Azevedo Sette Advogados announces, with great satisfaction, the appointment of two new partners in the São Paulo office: Natasha Midori Hinata, a member of the M&A, Corporate and Infrastructure practices, and Lucas Mandelbaum Bianchini, a member of the International Trade/WTO, Compliance and Competition practices. The promotions are aligned with our commitment to develop and value talents from within Azevedo Sette Advogado’s team.
Natasha has more than ten years of experience in Corporate and Administrative Law, legal audit, negotiation of commercial contracts and M&A transactions, as well as in infrastructure projects, PPPs and project finance. She has been with Azevedo Sette since 2011 when she joined as an intern. Clients praise her ability to innovate and provide customized legal solutions for complex matters.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Law School of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from INSPER/SP.
Lucas is regarded as a skilled and assertive lawyer who handles domestic and international projects while maintaining a close relationship with clients. He joined the firm in 2018 as a senior associate. Lucas is repeatedly listed by international directories such as Chambers & Partners and Best Lawyers as a reference in International Trade/WTO and as a rising star by The Legal 500.
With more than ten years of experience in Antitrust & Competition Law, International Trade/ WTO and Compliance & Investigations, the new partner holds a Bachelor of Laws from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC/SP and a Masters in Business Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV/SP.
