Azevedo Sette Advogados was the local counsel for Serabi Gold in the acquisition of 100% of the issued share capital and inter-company debt of Chapleau Resources Ltd, a Canadian registered company wholly-owned by Anfield Gold Corp, which holds the Coringa gold project located in the Tapajos gold province in Para, Brazil through the Brazilian subsidiary, Chapleau Exploração Mineral Ltda. The amount involved is approximately of US$ 22 million. Closed in December 2017.
