The property is located in the city of Extrema, State of Minas Gerais, and belongs to LOG BTS Extrema Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A., a company controlled by LOG Commercial Properties e Participações S.A. and BTS Properties Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A., which was advised by Azevedo Sette Advogados.
The transaction was carried out for a total amount of R$272,700,000.00.
