Azevedo Sette’s partner Leonardo Lamego is author of the chapter "BRAZIL’S COMPREHENSIVE REGULATIONS ON LARGE DAMS SAFETY”, in the "Comparative Law Yearbook of International Business", an international guide published by the Center for International Legal Studies – CILS. Lamego’s article analyses the evolution of Brazilian legislation regarding dam safety, from its almost inexistence prior to the year 2000, to the current legal framework, pointing out relevant requirements put in place and the adoption of good practices and international benchmarks.
