With over four decades of history, 7 offices in the cities of São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Rio de Janeiro, Goiânia, Recife and Vitória, and a team of approximately 500 professionals, Azevedo Sette announces that it is joining efforts with Barretto Ferreira e Brancher Sociedade de Advogados (BKBG), established in 2004, as of the upcoming July 1st.
BKBG joins Azevedo Sette adding their recognized expertise in the practices of Technology, Media & Telecommunication Law (TMT), Internet Law, Data Protection, Intellectual Property and Regulatory Law in general, in addition to its multidisciplinary team, with experience in a wide range of areas of law, including contractual and corporate consulting, civil litigation and arbitration. All these practices will strengthen the structure of Azevedo Sette, especially at a time when the digital economy emerges in Brazil on a relevant basis.
The strong synergy existent between both law firms will benefit our clients, which will take advantage of a robust platform offering a wide range of legal services, operating throughout Brazil and with international relevant ramifications to advise foreign investments in Brazil and the expansion of Brazilian companies abroad.

The integration between the two law firms will be completed by July 1st, 2016, when both will operate as Azevedo Sette Advogados, at Azevedo Sette Advogados´ offices in the city of São Paulo, located at Av. Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek, 2.041, Tower E, 16th floor.
