Azevedo Sette Advogados has boosted it Corporate M&A practice area with a new partner. Corporate lawyer Alexandre Lins Morato joins the partnership in this May month.
Alexandre has over 15 years of recognized experience in Corporate, Foreign Investments, Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Contracts, Succession Planning matters. He acted as in-house counsel at BCP Telecomunicações (Claro, América Móvil), and as Foreign Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP (New York, USA). Besides, he worked in others law firms specialized in Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets.
New partner has LL.M Master’s Degree at Northwestern University (USA), Master’s Degree (in course) and specialization in Civil Procedure Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica - PUC/SP, and specialization in Business Administration at Kellogg School of Management (USA).
