Azevedo Sette Advogados was legal advisor to Carmeuse in the acquisition of 100% of the shares held by private shareholders of the companies Cal Arco Iris Ltda and Brasiminas Mineração e Comércio de Calcário Ltda. The purchase has been an important step for the expansion of Carmeuse´s activities in Brazil.
