The practice of Litigation of Azevedo Sette Advogados is widely recognized, being mentioned in the main legal publications and rankings. Through legal advice focused on clients demands, the law firm acts before administrative authorities, regulatory agencies and in the main courts of the country, including those that comprise the Federal Court System and the Superior Courts.

Our expertise includes litigation of strategic actions, litigation of credit, and litigation of volume or retail, as well as actions related to consumer law, in order to offer clients extensive advice, safety and legal support. The joint action with other practices of the law firm, allows to offer the best solutions according to the objectives of the clients, acting in the judicial and administrative spheres, throughout the country, with extensive experience in litigation involving civil, consumerist, administrative, corporate, real estate, insurance, environmental, mining, bankrupt, intellectual property and technology law.

Litigation area consists of about 80 lawyers, working together with the Controls Management area, with all the processes registered in its own system and papers duly digitalized.

Among the services provided by the area for legal advice in all litigation demands, we highlight:

  • Preparation, filing, raising of defense and monitoring of actions and administrative proceedings in all States of Brazil;
  • Preparation, filing and monitoring of appeals before the State Courts, Regional Federal Courts and before the Superior Courts in Brasília;
  • Pre-litigation phase, studying options for administrative and judicial matters, including with the Prosecution Office (State and Federal) and Brazilian regulatory authorities;
  • Performance before the Central Bank of Brazil, in the extrajudicial liquidations of financial institutions and in the defenses of administrators or controllers;
