Azevedo Sette’s competition and antitrust practice assists domestic and international clients on questions of compliance with Brazilian competition law, antitrust notification thresholds, pre-merger review procedures and behavioral matters. In addition, we have acted as a Trustee (Monitor) in the ambit of a merger clearance agreement between merging parties and the Brazilian Competition Authority (CADE).
