• Associate General Counsel Microsoft Corporation. Lead Worldwide Commercial Legal Group. Prior to return to Brazil Luiz was the Associate General Counsel for Microsoft Corporation and the Lead Attorney for the Worldwide Commercial Legal team. Luiz lead a group of more than 160 attorneys across dozens of Subsidiaries providing legal support for worldwide commercial transactions in excess value of US$58 Billion. In his position Luiz was also responsible for all programmatic legal work for Microsoft sales organization and support to all sales units worldwide.
