Azevedo Sette helps RDA Mineração in the acquisition of Itaminas

Azevedo Sette Advogados advised RDA Mineração and private individuals in the acquisition of 100% of the equity of Itaminas Comércio de Minérios S.A., one of the largest iron ore producers in Minas Gerais, was completed by Bernardo Paz—the founder and visionary behind Inhotim—to RDA Mineração S.A. This significant transaction underscores the shift in ownership from its distinguished former owner to its new holder, RDA Mineração S.A. The purchasing group features distinguished entrepreneurs from Minas Gerais, including Argeu Géo of Ageo Agropecuária, Daniel Vorcaro of Banco Master, and Rodrigo Gontijo of Grupo AVG. The amount involved is confidential. Closed in November 2024.
