In the firm since 2018, Juliana has a very expressive performance in the TMT, IP and Life Sciences department in São Paulo office. She has over 15 years of experience advising clients on extremely relevant transactions in intellectual property and life sciences, focusing on contractual, regulatory issues. She coordinates structuring projects for technology companies in Brazil and advises clients on the preparation of legal opinions, contracts and memos in the practice.
Her background includes: Bachelors degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), Post-graduation in Contracts from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP), LL.M in Intellectual Property by the University of Torino and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Juliana is recognized by the Análise Advocacia 2021 as one of the most admired Brazilian lawyers in Intellectual Property and reference to Construction and Engineering sector. She is co-author of articles in contracts, IP, life sciences, digital law, privacy and data protection sectors.
In the firm since 2011, Eduardo works in Corporate M&A department in Belo Horizonte office, leading projects of relevance, coordinating and executing large projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and dealing with clients.
Eduardo has over 15 years of experience advising clients on extremely relevant transactions in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, capital markets, debt structuring, due diligence, negotiation of commercial contracts and succession planning matters.
He holds a bachelor of laws (LL.B.) from Faculdade Milton Campos and a bachelor in accounting sciences from Universidade Fumec (School of Business Sciences – FACE), as well as an MBA degree with emphasis on Global Finance from IBMEC.
