Committed to the development of our internal talents, it is with great satisfaction that we announce our three new partners: Bruno Felippe Almeida, Danielle Chipranski Cavalcante, and Juliana Petrella Hansen who work in the Tax Consulting, Dispute Resolution, and Labor areas, respectively.

In the firm since 2008, Bruno has a very expressive performance in the Tax department in Belo Horizonte office, leading projects of extreme relevance, with emphasis on demands for tax consultancy, tax planning and tax due diligences in M&A cases. He holds a bachelor of laws (LL.B.) from the University Center of Belo Horizonte (UniBH) and a postgraduate degree in Tax Planning from FGV.

Danielle and Juliana have been in the office since 2016 and joined Azevedo Sette on the occasion of the merger of the firm BKBG. Danielle coordinates litigation and arbitration activities in São Paulo office, with general practice and solid knowledge in Civil Law, Contracts, and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT). The new partner is recognized by The Legal 500 as leading lawyer in Brazil in Litigation and by Análise Advocacia as a prominent lawyer in the state of São Paulo, in Consumer Law, and a reference for companies in the Construction and Engineering sectors. She holds a bachelor of laws (LL.B.) and a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP).

Juliana is a specialist in Labor Law and Employment, together with the partner Silvia Pellegrini Ribeiro, coordinates the Labor department in São Paulo office. Juliana has excelled in the conduction of complex processes, consulting, and strategic issues related to the labor and employment matters. She holds a bachelor of laws (LL.B.) and a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Process from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP). Juliana is the author and co-author of several articles and chapters in national and international publications. She is recognized by  Análise Advocacia as leading lawyer in Labor Law.
