Azevedo Sette Advogados advised Companhia Brasileira de Alumínio - CBA in the acquisition of 80% of the equity interest of ALUX DO BRASIL INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO LTDA, one of the biggest suppliers of recycled aluminum, located in Nova Odessa (SP).
The transaction is still subject to fulfillment of conditions precedent to closing, including antitrust authorities, and includes shareholders agreement and a pledge of shares (alienacao fiduciaria) to guarantee indemnification obligations from sellers.
