Azevedo Sette Advogados has advised Grupo Toro and its private shareholders in the sale of 60% of their equity interest to Santander subsidiary Pi.
The transaction includes the purchase and sale of shares, capital increase with payment with operational assets currently held by Pi and the merger of the business of the companies.
The closing of the transaction is subject to approval by the Brazilian Central Bank.
