Project Description

Operation, reform and maintenance of the Mariscal Sucre Airport; construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the new International Airport of Quito, and, holding zone.

• full legal due diligence of the enterprise;
• negotiation of equity acquisition in the concessionaire, including shareholder agreements;
• review, negotiation and contracting of construction and concession new contracts regarding the project;
• negotiation and contracting of project finance and guarantee package (onshore and offshore;
• structuring of the corporate model in over seven different jurisdictions;
• negotiation and contracting of political risk insurance with multilateral and private financial institutions;
• assistance in the implementation of the precedent conditions necessary for the beginning of construction.
