Isabel has over 20 years of recognized experience in all areas of compliance, from preparing full-fledged compliance programs, to trainings, investigations, risk assessments, assistance with whistleblowers, among others. She was the first Brazilian to have been appointed as a monitor by the US Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission for a Brazilian company in its Plea Agreement with such authorities.
Glaucia Ferreira will work in partnership with Isabel in Compliance matters. She has over 20 years of recognized experience focused on corporate, telecommunications and compliance areas. She was partner of one of the most prestigious Brazilian law firms, where she assisted national and international companies, both on strategic issues as well as in relevant corporate restructuring.
