Azevedo Sette Advogados has helped investment fund HVC purchase a controlling stake in Belo Horizonte’s Hospital Vera Cruz.
The Rabello family sold their stake with the help of Souza, Cescon, Barrieu & Flesch Advogados. The deal closed on 25 November.
The hospital is located west of Belo Horizonte’s city centre in the Barro Preto neighbourhood and was founded in 1949.
