The deadline for sending the Annual Census of Foreign Capital starts on July 1st and ends on August 15th, 2020.
The Central Bank of Brazil ("BACEN"), by Circular No. 3,795 of June 16th, 2016 ("Circular"), regulated the procedures and deadlines regarding the mandatory declaration of the Annual Census of Foreign Capital in Brazil ("CCEP").
According to such Circular, the companies must transmit the Census until 6:00 p.m. of August 15th, 2020 ("deadline"), considering the reference date of December 31st, 2019.
