Companies with foreign investment, whose net worth or total assets are less than BRL 250 million, shall update its shareholder composition before the Central Bank Information System (Sisbacen) until March 31, referring to the situation of December 31, 2017. Information about the net worth value and the paid-in capital will be required, as well as the paid-in capital of each registered foreign investor.
Companies with foreign investment, whose net worth or total assets are equal to or greater than BRL 250 million, shall provide its first quarterly economic-financial statement until March 31, referring to the date of December 31, 2017.
The absence of these updates, the provision of incomplete, false, incorrect or late information, are subject to fines.
