The Executive Secretariat of the Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade and Services, initiated on 11/11/2016 a public consultation on administrative simplification. The objective is to receive proposals aimed at improving and simplifying actions, procedures and rules regarding the Ministry and is affiliated and supervised entities, such as “INMETRO”, “INPI”, “SUFRAMA” and “ABDI”.
The participants may forward propositions of improvement about different topics, such as trade remedies investigations, import licenses by the Secretariat of Foreign Trade (SECEX), suspension and modification of trade remedies measures based on public interest, drawback, ex-tarifario, modifications to LETEC, among others. The deadline for submissions is November 25th, 2016.
