The Board of Directors of the National Telecommunications Agency (“ANATEL”) published in the Official Gazette of September 27, 2021, the Notice of Bid “Aviso de Licitação Concorrência Nº 1/2021/SOR/SPR/CD-ANATEL” related to the bidding procedure that will award Authorizations for the Use of Radio Frequencies in the 708 MHz to 718 MHz, 763 MHz to 773 MHz, 2,300 MHz to 2,390 MHz, 3,300 MHz to 3,700 MHz and/or 24.30 GHz to 27.5 GHz sub-bands, with the possible grant of the Personal Mobile Service (“SMP”).
According to the schedule set forth by ANATEL, the Agency will receive, on October 27, 2021, the Documents of Identification and Tax Regularity, the Guarantees of Maintenance of Price Proposal and the Price Proposals of the parties interested in the bid.
The first session for the opening, analysis and judgement of Price Proposals, as per the respective Bidding Call, will take place on November 4, 2021.
