Azevedo Sette was counselor to Fundepar in the negotiations regarding the structuring of the project, which involved the creation of a joint venture Biotech.Town Participações S/A between the company and Codemig Participações S.A., a public company of the State of Minas Gerais. The new company works with development of products and services in biotechnology that aims to accelerate the development of new companies and products in the Brazilian and international markets, generating revenues, new jobs and technologies. The amount involved is approximately of R$ 35 million. Closed in February 2018
