Azevedo Sette introduces new partner in Corporate M&A


It is with great pleasure that we announce our new partner Eleonora Santiago Carneiro Quadros, who will work in our Corporate M&A area, alongside our partners Ana Paula Terra Caldeira, Fernando Azevedo Sette, Luiz A. Sette, Luis Ricardo Miraglia, Roberto Ribas Wilson, Frederico Bopp Dieterich and our founding partner, Ordélio Azevedo Sette, in Belo Horizonte office.

With more than 15 years of experience and solid knowledge in Corporate Law, Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Foreign Investments and Succession Planning, she is recognized by the publications of Análise Advocacia and Análise Advocacia Mulher as one of the most admired Brazilian lawyers in Corporate Law, with emphasis on her leadership and skills in conducting cases of great complexity and relevance.

Among the relevant experiences of the partner, we highlight the structuring of investments in the Technology and Real Estate sectors in Europe, in addition to the implementation of asset reorganizations for Brazilians in Portugal and in the United States.

The new partner has a bachelor’s degree from Milton Campos Law School, and a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Specialized in Dynamics Between Entrepreneurs and Their Lawyers by Georgetown Law School and Legal English for Contracts and Corporate Law by Lex Mercartor.

In addition to Eleonora, a team of five lawyers joins the firm, including Natália Meirelles Barros, who has experience in merger and acquisition, venture capital and private equity investments, representing Brazilian and foreign clients. Her work extends to advising on the solution of impasses and conflicts in corporate matters. In addition to Law, Natália has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences.
