Azevedo Sette introduces a new Infrastructure Partner in Belo Horizonte office


Azevedo Sette Advogados has boosted it infrastructure practice areas with the promotion of one associate to partner. Infrastructure lawyer Bruna Bouissou joins the partnership in this July month.

Bruna has professional experience is renowned in areas such as Public Tenders and Concessions, Public Private Partnerships, Administrative Law, Regulatory Law, Privatizations, Project Finance, Infrastructure Projects, Contracts and Corporate Law.

Our new partner took her Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M) from Georgetown University, USA and a post-graduate level degree (MBA) in Economics and Corporate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).

Ms. Bouissou has vast experience in infrastructure matters and has acted as legal consultant at the PPP unit of the Economic Development State Secretariat for the State of Minas Gerais, and others reputed law firms.

Her promotion to partner comes as acknowledgment to her dedication; Ms. Bouissou has been a member of the Belo Horizonte Infrastructure team since 2008, along with our partner Frederico Bopp Dieterich.

“Infrastructure will be the name of the game as soon as long-term investments are resumed and we are ready to take-up our clients’ needs. Apart from well deserved, Bruna’s promotion shows our commitment to expand in that area” says Frederico.
