They are then trained and are qualified according to the standards and procedures of the Firm. The interns have at their disposal a comprehensive structure for growth within the Firm, to their personal and professional satisfaction.

When completing their bachelor of laws and passing the Brazilian Bar Exam, the interns sit a final assessment. If contracted, they start their professional career in the Firm progressing through gradual stages. To be promoted to each following step, the level of commitment, progress, and quality of the service provided by the lawyer are always assessed.
